Though the online shopping is increasing in India from several last years. But the amazon is geting from better to worst services.
Earlier the service was good but now a days it has become worst. About 20 days before I ordered the Boat Rockerz 470 headphone through the amazon I got it earlier than the expected delivery but the packing of the product was totall damaged. I got the headphone for 1660rs. When I got the product the product was totally damaged as it arrived from India post rather than blue dard or any other courier services. When I opened the packing the headphone was seems like it was used by some other people as it was having many scratches and the foam was shrink from one side form which this was clear that the old headphones were sent so I requested to refund I amount and take the product and it was done and I got my refunf in about 7-8 days after pickup. It was 1660rs amount what could I do it of this large amount as I cannot transfer it to my account it came on amazonn pay balance so I did the recharge of my and my friends but still I have about 700-800rs in the amazon paybalnce. So I ordered ear phones and keyboard usb to utilise the money of amazon pay balance then also the product reached to me and they have the same thing the package arived to me through the india post and the package was totally damaged. The buttons of the keyboard was out of the keyboard seems the keyboards were thrown like a stone here and there. What could I d nso I kept the keyboard and sticked the buttons of keyboard and it is working now but its just a watage of money buying product from the amazon.
This is real it happened in the month of December 2017 only.
