Amazon india mobile app, popular online shopping application with 50 million downloads. Amazon contains a to z all the products at a place where we can buy any thing which we need and we get the home delivery of product at a good speed. Online shopping is been increasing day by as the consumers are getting benefits and is saving time. Now as we all know Flipkart is the biggest competitor of Amazon in Indian online shopping market. Both are trying best to be the best and are launching different promotional strategies to increase their sales. Let's compare both in different aspects :

- Design and layout
Amazon app as well as Flipkart are well designed both have vertical layout which shows different offers but Flipkart has a better layout it has different categories on the home page below the search bar such as offers, fashion, electronics, home and more. Where we find it more comfortable to look for the desired product. Where as on Amazon we only get offers wall on home page, and to shop category wise we have to on the button shop by category. Being frequent user of both the apps, Flipkart is more user friendly because there are more categories so shopping on Flipkart gives a good experience as it has every thing sorted out.
- Shopping experience
Some times it is difficult to find certain products under category such as antivirus on Amazon app, though we can search different products in the search bar but we can't get full satisfaction because there arise many products in between which are not searched. Where as on Flipkart there is better layout ( the products are categoriesed well ) which gives user a good experience.
- Internet connection
As both are online shopping websites and require Internet connection and every time we dont have a fast internet speed so here I would like to tell you that Amazon requires a good speed connection other wise it doesn't load data such as images, it get ineffective where as Flipkart works on a 2g network I have used it for 1 year but you need to be patient, it loades images and it works.
- Performance
Both the apps performance is good but according to my experience if I have to choose one Amazon is better the app starts fast also the order is placed fast.
- Offers
Both are having a neck to neck competition in the market and are using different strategies to increase sale and increase customers. They have been successful in providing products at huge discounts through sales like great Indian sale, the big billion days, etc in which the customer have been benefited. Some products are at better prices on one app on other hand some products are at better prices on another app.
- Delivery
Undoubtedly in my city ( indore) Amazon dilevery is faster than Flipkart I normally gets the delivery of product around 3 days where as on Flipkart it is 4-5 days. Amazon doesn't charge shipping charges when the order exceeds the given minimum Rs. Flipkart charges delivery charges for each products.
- Other features / benefits
Amazon has been successful in adding features such as Amazon Prime, Amazon Kindle, etc which are successful prime products get delivered within 2 days, we get speed delivery, we can watch movies, unlimited music streaming, free delivery on prime products even products of Rs 50, free Kindle books only for Rs 499.
Now its the consumers choice which ever provides good services as well as price is best. As the offers and schemes are getting changed every time.
