This is the worst experience to share with Amazon support team in first time after successfully done the business from past 2015
Recently I have ordered a product called Datacard 534000-003 YMCKT Color Ribbon and ORDER ID # 406-3569180-9083517 but unfortunately the product was not suited my requirement and decided to return back to amazon
After make the return request on 3rd Oct I got the call from amazon executive to pick up the product around 7:30 PM and guide the same but after some time I got the update Pickup cancelled and the executive came and pick up the item from security gate, it was confirmed from the executive(through call and Security person)
I was waiting for refund and my update was not showing anything in my account then after 4 days I have contact Amazon customer care and they suggest me that any refund will take 8 working days and you have to wait for the same
After 4 to 5 days I have contacted the support for same issues and suggest to wait for another 2 more days,
After 4 days I have contact for same and I have surprise to here that your customer care executive asking that have you return the item? Because your item pick up is cancelled and show me the return slip and reference number and till today almost 25 days over I have not received my refund
Please consider this bellow points and arrange for the refund immediately
1 your pick up executive came and collect the item around 7:50 to 8:00 PM how you guys are allowing them to come after 7:00 PM?
2 Now you are asking for receipt but as of now I have order around 100 more items and returned 4 more items but not received any receipt whenever I have return the item(it is same case for all my friends if they are return any product no such receipt will be issued)
3 After return when I contact the customer support why did you not ask the receipt if at all you ask for receipt 1st time only I could provide the CCTV record and we can find out the executive who has pick the item but we will keep only 10 days backup now its 25 days over
4 When I contact last week one of your executive told sir now it’s showing your pick up has done and you will get your refund by Monday(you can check my chat record)
But today when I called your team says the worst part still you are internal team is checking to find out the good where the goods
This is the bad service in my life after 25 days one of the international company is checking the goods and still they are not able to find out and require time till November 2nd to do it
This will show clearly your internal team communication gap and your inability in the work you are doing the business only in the brand name but your services is very poor in this kind of the cases
Your only capable to do the work if everything go’s smooth and you are incapable to handle this kind of problems
The people will put lot more effort to earn the money and every rupees is important so please do the needful immediately
