I am using amazon india account since 3 years and never had any issue in order to its quality, delivery time and customer service.
Let me tell you guys an incident happened with me and I was really upset for amazon quality but they prove they are the best online seller and they really care about customers.
I ordered an car shampoo from amazon and got it delivered on time but when I opened the packet I was unable to take it out, it was completly leak and all liquid spreaded inside the pouch.
I called customer service instantly amd told them about this and I was so happy to hear that, sir we are giving your money back and sorry for the inconvinience caused please through that packet in garbage.
That guy was so helping and polite to me. Really happy to see that and I must say as per my experience this is the most trustable plateform for service and quality both.
