Amazon - the largest online store, we can get anything we want which is available with them, there is a good return policy and refund policy too, I bought mostly books from Amazon and I mostly relied upon the facts that buying electronic items online wouldn't last longer.
According to me Amazon is the best online shopping site compared to Flipkart, snapdeal, and Shopping zone.
I liked amazon mainly for the following reasons:
Delivery: Almost every product was delivered on time, no delays, no mistakes,
Easy Returns, Once I ordered a solved scanner for my exams, but they delivered me an Engineering book, I had immediately called the delivery man and asked what can I do now?
He said politely opt for easy returns and refunds. It was the best service.
Easy refunds: One of favorite things in online shopping is to buy something, if I don't like it I would return it immediately the following day, and they would give my refund as my amazon gift card.
Product quality: The quality is as expected and as same in the description.
The app is preferable and Mostly I don't use the website.
Buying an electronic item online can be safe, after I bought a gift for a friend, Headphones of Sony company, the best I could offer. before gifting it I had to check. And it was a great experience with that and I could now rely upon the fact that electronics could be bought online IF there's an exchange and return policy.
Recently I compared for a same product in various online sites and chose amazon as the most preferable one.
I would recommend Amazon to ensure that your dreams come true.
