Its a famous online store but when it comes to delivery of a product they are not upto the mark I ordered a watch , the date of arrival came. But the product was not delivered on time at first I called them and talked and the next day it was delivered to someone else in our area. I know it was not the problem of amazon. It was the delivery system that fails. So amazon needs to concentrate more on delivery system because they r charging for shipping. So inspite this negative , amazon is good online store.
