Hated amazon cheap products. Review on Amazon

Hi guys today I am going to share my reviews on amazon.as every body saying amazon has a very good reputation in itself world wide.actually recently I booked combo of selfie stick + usb light of 199 and additional shipping charges of 39 rupees.and after my order was placed after 5 hours I got a mail that the product you ordered is been out of stock and will be soon dispatched shortly within 2 days and the very next day I got a messege that your product is dispatched from its origin and finally after 4 days the courier boy rang me and said to come 4 km away from my home and I started argueing with him that why should I pay you shipping cost if you are not bringing it till my door and finally the courier boy agreed and reached my home to deliver parcel by courier partner ( express bees) .then usually I made my payment carefully opened the parcel and found that my selfie stick was broken then I rang up amazon customer care service and told that I have recieved an damaged product and they said that they will register my complaint and soon they will accept my return and then on the evening I got a mail from amazon saying that the products send to you has passed through test and did not had any physical damaged so kindly your return request cannot be processed then I thought that shopping with amazon.in is totally watse of time and money and energy.
