Hi,


This is in reference to order number 406-7749333-55.


This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with Amazon. I made a purchase of a biba suit in size M and on the day of delivery I got a size 40/42 with only kurta and bottom i.e. without dupatta which was supposed to be there in the set.


I made a call to the customer service and informed about the same and they scheduled a return for me.


On the day of return the guy came and collected the item from me and took it back but I never received the refund for it. I waited for about 3 days and still didn't get the refund which was pretty awkward as Amazon refunds generally does not take that long. So I called the customer service and they told me it was a seller's item and it is still on the way back to the seller and they will process my refund once they receive the item. I waited for another 3 days and that never happened.


Meanwhile my Amazon account was cancelled stating that I am breaching some amazon policies hence my account is being discontinued. Also they asked me not to contact customer service as they won't do anything for me going forward. I wrote back to them and they reinstated my account and asked me to contact amazon customer service for any further order related queries.


I called Amazon again and they said they are initiating the refund on priority and still never got it.


After waiting for another 48 working hrs, I called them again and they said I didn't return the correct item that is why they will NOT issue my refund.


I don't understand how incompetent and dumb people are at Amazon that they don't get the concern of the customer right. Hence I am gonna re-iterate the concern here-


I made the return because it was an incorrect item and you have received the item that you sent me. Then why the hell are you still holding onto my money.


I do not have a problem taking this up further with consumer forum after posting it on all your social platforms and I promise I will if this is not resolved on a priority.


Having said this on the last call, I spoke to a absolutely stupid and insanely naive guy, Sagar who claimed to be from LEADERSHIP TEAM. I can't believe that Amazon literally hires trash even at higher levels. He was completely hopeless and unhelpful. He wasn't even listening what I said, didn't use his brain probably because he didn't have any and kept repeating the same thing like a parrot reading from somewhere that Amazon cannot give me a refund because I sent incorrect item.


I mean seriously, is it so hard to understand?


I will definitely post this on every social platform and also raise a complaint with consumer forum.
