We need help and are very frustrated and desperate...just requesting you to kindly pass this message to someone genuine and responsible person..
We have a cursed order with us : 402-2307337-5172360....wrong Sofa set was delivered and return was supposed to happen on 18th March...but lethargic agents screwed up and pickup dint happen and lockdown started...since then our life been hell...in such a small house we live , and have these huge two packed Sofa sets with us...during locking I been following up on and off..
But what surprises is that Amazon agent repeatedly providing either false Delhivery Pickup ID or after creating one, just canceling the pickup without providing any information...even Delhivery is tired of the game played by Amazon..

Just forward to some proper guy...your customer service agents are cheaters...just go through my mails you shall get the picture how they working...
Amazon has put us in verge of immense mental pressure...but this is too much...will have to spread this matter in other forums, just in case the right person looks into this..
