Amazon.in is a very famous online shopping portal. They claim to have the best service and the largest range of products.
I ordered zebronics headphones from Amazon a month ago. They told it was a verified by Amazon product so I ordered it believing the company Amazon.
They told me that the product will be DELIVERED to me in about 2 days BUT it turns out IT WAS A LIE. I received the headphones but only after 6 days of wait. And their excuse was that my house was hard to find, I mean really?
the story does not end here I was not happy with the product I received so I applied for a return.
The CUSTOMER SERVICE executive of Amazon now came in play and they were not even rushing through the process. the promise of easy returns they make is not held up.
Their APP is the only aspect I liked as it was smooth to surf on.
the Amazon.in will have to become more RELIABLE for customers like us there are a lot of options like Flipkart which are already doing a better job.
Overall I was hugely let down by Amazon.in
