Having used Amazon for a few years, the customer service has deteriorated and the delivery service is now a full zero, they call the delivery Amazon logistics "boys" it seems that they work up to 13 hours a day and delivery time is up to 10pm or 9.30pm this depends on who you talk to at the customer services, sorry but i'm not waiting in all day to see if I will get a delivery, they have lost a loyal customer.Great decline in the level of customer service. They are not able to manage their third party providers. Failed collection, delay in refunds.
