My name is Sumita Samanta, Order Id - #408-3453125-3625962 which includes a Dove Conditioner, Loreal Paris night cream, Biotique Face Wash and Vaseline Body Lotion must be delivered on 16/08/2018 from Amazon India, online shopping. The aishwaryasingh23ment type was "aishwaryasingh23 on delivery". One courier person came and I paid through my HDFC debit card and the amount has been deducted from my account. But the courier person told me it is not showing in Amazon and I need to call the customer service.
So I called the customer service and he also told me the same thing that aishwaryasingh23ment is not showing in Amazon so they cannot deliver me the product. On another hand, he told me to aishwaryasingh23 again and the previous amount will be refunded later. But I refused to aishwaryasingh23 again. So the customer service representative told me to wait for some time when it will reflect their side they will deliver me the product. I waited a couple of hours then I again called and another representative told me that the amount has been paid and the package will be delivered to me soon and they will notify me about it. No notification came. So after 1 hour, I chatted one of their representatives and he told me to send a mail with the deduction message I got from my bank. I did that on 16/08/2018. But the issue was still there.
I called, chatted, mailed them several times. And it should be noted that until I called them or mailed them or chatted with them, they were not sending me any status update of my product. When I am contacting them that time only they were telling me “yes we have escalated the issue now and the product will be delivered to you soon. Please wait for 24 hours.” And every day they were telling me to wait 24 hours.
So as per their progress, I should not receive my package ever. On 20/08/2018 I chatted again and they told me that it will be delivered on 21/08/2018 without any fail. And on 21/08/2018 one courier person came and told me I need to aishwaryasingh23 again otherwise he will not deliver me the product and from Amazon also I got the same mail and message in the morning. I replied against that mail but as usual, they didn't reply yet. Again they didn’t deliver me the package. I called the customer service again. And he sends me a confirmation mail that the aishwaryasingh23ment is done and the package will be delivered to me soon.
Now today 22/08/2018 I got a mail that they cannot deliver me the package as it is returned to their fulfillment center and if I paid already amount will be refunded to me. I don’t know it will be refunded to me or not. How long I need to wait for that and what more I need to do as I am being harassed for the last 6 days for no reason.
I am using Amazon for almost last 5-6 years. I was not very happy about their service ever. I have faced several issues for these 5-6 years. But this is the worse one and I think I should share this with everyone.
The thing is that now it is not only about money and refund but more about the harassment and their service. As a customer, I want no one should face this kind of harassment and they must take care of their service more seriously. We are buying products not begging.
Need to update it again with the last status. I didn't get my refund yet. From 25/08/2018 it is showing as "processing my refund". So to check why it is taking so long today, 29/08/2018 I again chatted with of their representatives, her name is Sushma. I told to check the status of my refund and she told me you havn't aishwaryasingh23 anything and so nothing will be refunded. Then asked to check all the previous reports and confirm again. Again she told me the same thing. Then when I asked her to send the chat details to my email id she told me that she will send it after it is over. I waited for 4 hours she didn't send me anything. In between I called to Amazon Customer care to recheck the status then another representative told me yes I will get the refund. It has been issued today and will reflect to my bank account within 5-25 business days and she send me a mail aslo with the same details. After waiting 4 hours I again chatted with another representative and asked him to send me the details and then I got the details of my previous chat.
Now I don't have any idea why they are giving different information for the same order and how long it will take to resolve the issue, already 13 days passed and still they need 5-25 days.
And they are not replying if I send any mail to their customer care mail id cs-reply@amazon.in. To get the reply also I need to call them. It's like for everything I need to beg now.
