I have ordered Redmi 9 power from amazon on 21st March, 2021. My order id is #40279842919124317, the device is of very poor quality. While purchasing it showed there is return option but after delivery when I wanted to return it there was no return option, it showed that an executive will check the device and approve it, but it got automatically cancelled and no executive came to check the device and I couldn't even return the device.
This made such a waste of money to me and is pathetic to give such fake promises.
