I have been using amazon for 5 years , the best thing I find is that they have lower price for a product than any other e commerce websites
I have brought cell phones , exercise cycle , electronic gadgets , cameras and many more
They mostly deliver before the delivery date , from my countless orders that I have made on amazon not even once I have received a faulty product ,
once a delivery person did not deliver an iconic kajal to me which I gave an order but I got a message that its been delivered , I contacted the customer support and they assured me that they'll look into the matter and update me at the earliest , they fired that delivery person as he has done the same thing at many places.
The app of amazon is the best thing , I can easily search through categories apply many filters and find my perfect product , they regularly offer sales and I always look for a drop in price, many times I have got discounted products
