I booked a flat with them in 2013 with a written commitment of delivery of finished apartment in 2015 June. They started the G block particularly, after 2015 the committed year. Their entire books need to be audited for misrepresentation of completion schedules on the basis of which they kept collecting the aishwaryasingh23ments. In 2017 they collected my full aishwaryasingh23ment including club house, parking lot etc. I kept chasing them till April 2018 when I wrote to them that I longer need their flat and I need the money back. Their GM kept promising to meet for more than a month after which, I proceeded legally for appointment of an Arbiter. The Builder never responded.

After this I filed a petition in the court for appointment of an Arbiter for which also the company never responded even to court.

Finally court appointed auditor has conducted 2 hearings for which also they did not respond. Now final hearing is fixed in August.

As the builder has failed to handover possession in the committed time, I am seeking full refund with interest costs and compensation.

They dare to even ignore the court summons and the legal process. They have been the cause of my financial ruin as I am aishwaryasingh23ing the EMI and rent of 50000/ a month since 2015 and I am also retired with no recurring income and facing hardships due to the companies stoic silence to my mails and even court summons.

I am also approaching several govt organisations to investigate the entire company for financial malpractices and legal manipulations.
