I bought a flat by taking a home Loan with Amar Prakash Builders, The Royal Castle. They postponed the posession by an Year and we still haven’t got the keys to the flat. The executives were very sweet until we made al the required payments including club house membership and covered parking charges. But they are not answering to calls or emails. The people that we met were Pazhanivel and Sathish. Typical marketing guys who forget about their customers once a sale is made. I regret buying this property as I am paying my EMIs for a house that I cannot stay and paying the rent for my rented house. These people never kept their word and no response at all. Such people should not be allowed to be in the market. They should be blacklisted.
