I heard that there will be good cash back on booking tickets with Alpfly. As I wished my travel to be booked on 4th of last month, I consulted Alpfly customer support people and wished to do so. They promised me that I will get the tickets at time.
But on 1st of November also, I din't get any response from them. I called them whether there is any problem. They didn't responded well. I keep on calling and they said they couldn't help now and the service desk people will call you. And later on I got a mail that I will get the tickets soon.
I was shocked that, I need to travel day after day, and this people sent a mail stating that I will get the tickets soon. I just cancelled the plan and the tickets too.
Don't blindly believe this Alpfly team as they are not able to plan our journey as per our wish, It will be dangerous to the people who are in emergency. Better get your tickets on your own. Save your time and money.
