So me and my friends organised a trip with alpyfly.com to thailand.
well talking about their customer service at the start they were very good and provided us with
various inclusions in the package.
But at the time we reach the destination we were not provided with the airport transfers because they were giving various foolish reasons.
Secondly they told us it would be a 4 star hotel but we were provided with the 3 star hotel because they said the rooms are not available then what is the purpose of booking.
worst trip organised by them.
never going again with them.
