Very unprofessional, I have moved from Pune to Bengaluru in feb 2018, they damage many items and some of them are lost. They don't have any claim procedure. They don't even register for insurance even taking money for insurance. At the time of packing they are quiet normal, but at the time of delivery they are very rude. you need to beg for your own deliverables. And they always said "Ho jayega delivery, abhi gadi nahi hai". Till now they don't delivered some of the items. Whenever call them they talk with arrogance like "De denge tumhara saman". It's been around 15 days they delivered some items and some of them are still missing. They actually running a scam for looting people by making them fool.
