I'm using alliance for a year now, I live in West bengal in a rural sector where internet penetration is good enough. We have two broadband service provide over here. One is of BSNL and another one is Alliance broadband. One of the biggest issues I faced with Alliance broadband is "ghatiya speed". Even JIO provides better speeds than Alliance broadband.
I'm a freelance content writer and I always have to use Internet for my work that's means I have to keep awake almost 24*7 with my Internet. I'm using a CAT5 connector which directly plugs-in my router or laptop LAN port, I have even conveyed my issue with the connection or speed to Alliance several times. But they seems don't respect that kind of humble talk from us "the consumer".
I use the 500Inr pack for my browsing and downloading. As said, in plan I'm supposed to get double speed from 12 Am onwards upto 8AM. But I hardly achieve such speeds other than the usual speeds that I get. Perhaps, I have used Bsnl with similar denomination. And, I can say BSNL is far more superior in speeds. If any how JIO broadband comes, I would definitely give it a try and I'm sure with 500 inr I can get more than what Alliance is providing its customers.
Guys looking for a good internet speed and uptime, I would suggest you to go for JIO broadband or any other by no means, Alliance is fruitful to internet leechers out there.
