This Atm is situated at the international bus terminus, Karunamoyee salt lake. It is rare that I visit this ATM & it renders only 500 rupee denomination. It feels like 1920 when you cannot disburse amount from an updated ATM counter.
Today I needed 700 INR to buy sweets but to my surprise the transaction failed due to unavailability of denomination, I had to do a 2nd transaction to withdraw lesser amount. Dear Banking partner, You’ll promote your bank as the closest banking partner but when it comes to service then the actual colour comes out.
