Alba: JW Marriott in Lavelle Road, Bangalore has a great ambiance. Their staff is attentive and their service is top notch. They serve Italian food, but some of their dishes have a Japanese influence.
Their parmesan tortellini has a pea puree and parmesan water and it is out of the world. Their mushroom soup with truffle and miso has a warm yet rich flavor and will comfort your taste buds like no other. They served a fresh croissant with it, which was amazing! Their risotto is a treat to the taste buds and their fresh olive focaccia with tomato relish is also mind-blowing. Their asparagus and apple base salad is also yummy.
Their truffle scrambled egg on a cheese sauce with beetroot water is marvelous and is sure to make you wish that you had a bigger stomach so that you could eat more of it. Their vegetable pizza is not that great and you can give it a miss. Their pumpkin flan is also not that enticing. Their focaccia bread and tomato dip is lovely. Their margherita pizza is to die for. Their tenderloin fillet is succulent and soft and you are sure to like it. Their Quattro formaggi pizza doesn’t balance the four cheeses well and there could be a slight improvement in this dish. But when there are four cheeses, it tastes good, even if it is not balanced well.
Alba is a great place to go on a date because the place is really romantic, so take your loved one here and make them feel special.
