This is bit different . I am not employee I used "akash ganga couriers ltd." to send one of my courier and my experience is excellent.
I tried to courier my digital camera to my brother at coimbatore-24 i had been to almost all courier servise providers all were saying that they will not take responsibility if this item get lost in shipping. To which i was not ready to accept. Some of them asked me to give it in writing which leatraly means i am just giving it away to them if it get shipped properly then i am lucky else i can't say anything to them.
They were also not taking responsibility of any damage if occurs as goods are not handled carefully. To which i was ok because it's really not in control. So i was taking that responsibility on my head and hence i packed it very careful. Using lot of bubble sheet and all. Still i could not give it to any other courier service as they were not taking responsibility of lass.
I found only akashganga courior service to come forward and assure me that they will track the parcel in complete way so that it will reach the destination. And that is what is done by their executive named miss. Malati k. At Goregaon east office.
The camera was high value consignment and I am happy that it went safely.
Before this I had visited following courier service providers who failed to make it.
1) dtdc
2) first flight
3) afl
4) professional courier
5) and few more local brands
They all failed and only "akash ganga couriers ltd " could do the job well.
