I ordered clothes for first birthdah of my child . Ajio send me wrong product which suppoused to deliver to somebody else. I filed a complaint and I was given 10 days for a complaint to resolve. As requested i submitted picture of a wrong product to customer care.
As a customer i expect my complaint to be resolved in a timely manner. Ajoi should be sending my missing clothes of my child right after i filled my complaint but they never did instead i was asked to wait for 10 days for them to resolve the issue. As a customer what is my fault?. My sons birthday is gone and we never got a chance to put him his clothes which i ordered from Ajio for his birthday. Now after my skns birthday i called customer care to process refund instead because we dont need those clothes anymore. I was told by representative that i have to wait for full 10 days deadline for them to resolve the issue and then they will be able to process my refund . I am leaving India soon and I have no time to call them again and again. Not a good experience. First time order. Complaint number COM00011287927
