Thought of giving AJIO the privilege over more established online fashion retailers like Myntra and Nykaa going by the brand name of Reliance that too before Durgapuja. But now I am realizing what grand mistake have I done.


My order is still not received on 11.10.18 whereas the same was due to be delivered on 5.10.18. AJIO just gave me dates after dates but of no use. On contacting the customer care, I found that the concerned executive was more interested to advise me how I could make his day by rating our conversation with 9-10 points but could not resolve my issue.


I could understand that it was not the fault of ajio only and a large credit for this confusion goes to the courier partner too which made me convinced to wait some more days. In fact, the ordered item was not something that I needed too urgently.


Till this, I was bearing AJIO' s unprofessional attitude. Things went worse yesterday when in the morning I got an SMS from the courier that my order was to be delivered on the same day. The shipment didn' t appear throughout the whole day and today I am noticing in my mailbox that my shipment could not be delivered as they could not contact me!


Are you kidding man? I checked my AJIO app, the same thing was written there in the notification!! Seriously? You had contacted me? Whom are you making fool of? My phone was active throughout the whole day and I didn' t receive a single call from the courier. Why this lie? Ajio could simply write to me that they could not deliver as always and I have to wait another day! But after such nuisance, AJIO is blaming me for not picking up the call? By the way, I live in a strong network coverage area and use a Jio sim only. You can' t fake it by saying that my phone was unreachable too.


It seems that I have done really bad thing by choosing AJIO. The first impression is the last impression. I request AJIO to stop blaming their own customers instead of asking their courier partner.


Again, remember, the delivery date was on 5th and it is 11th already. I don' t know if such is the condition of delivery then what will happen if I would need to return or exchange the product. Thinking of canceling the order now because after receipt and payment I will lose my money too .
