Airtel payment bank is india's 1st payment bank but till now its not improved there service yet. On 5th oct I recharged my airtel mobile from payment bank and choosen phonepe upi as my payment gateway option my money deducted but recharge not done after that I have contacted airtel payment bank many times but they did't refunded my money and said thst they dont have any transaction history with them.
The customer support of the airtel payment bank is worst the representative talk very rudely and said 'do u know how to use upi'in insuilting manner.
If I talk about layout and desing of the app they have combined airtel wallet and payment bank in one app only and from that people get confused at a time of payment and they even don't give support for wallet and payment bank at one toll free number.
Features and functions are key for any app to use airtel payment bank don't provide any kind of those feature which make it special then any other payment bank even they provide very few offers and services the worst part of the app is it lag too much and no accurate details are mentioned about the offer in app.
If I give my personal opinion this app is useless in terms of service there are many other option are avalible in playstore like paytm payments bank, digibank etc. rather then this dumb app.i reccomand no one to use airtel payment bank because they have many flaws related to upi and payment.
