I had been using Airtel Money for the last 2 years. Today I want to share some of my experiences and information which will help you to know more about this.
Atfirst I must say that they are providing the services really good so far. And basically I am using this app to make post paid bill, mobile recharges, etc.
But I have some issues which is quite important in my opinion about this app. That is.
1) The Network of this app became very slow at the recent time. I have faced some problems when I make payment, recharges etc. I think they should look into the matter as soon as possible. Because in this case I have faced problems in making payment, that means it failed many times.
2) I think there should be a cash back offer in this app because the more they provide services, offers us the more we use it. But in this app there are no cash back offers in payments where other money transfer bank have.
3) This is another a important issue which is Offer.
They do not give us tge offers when the others payment methods app are doing well in this part.
I think they should improve the offer part of this app. Because it will give benefit to the customers and they shall use this more and more.
I shall appreciate this if they improve this part.
4) And the last issue is when the payment fails it does not show in the account or the wallet. I think this is solved by them as soon as posdible.
Though it happens only some times but it is a really serious matter.
Hope Airtel Money will solve this issue and improve the app more and more.
