I was a user since long. I once entered wrong pin by mistake on 23rd Jan 2017 and my account is blocked. There is no way to contact for help only automated IVRS or email system it cant help much. I do not know if I entered my name last name in all caps and date of birth entry is very time consuming I have to click 480 times to go back to 1956 from 1996 one month each click. And above all only once chance in 24 hrs.
So think you are going to block your money and no one will be spare for your help. It is a trap. Do not enter it. I made several emails they tell to have patience for 72 hrs, now more than 172 hrs no response.
