Airtel IVRS is an example of how bad a user experience could be. I wonder if they have anyone looking into user experience. I have to wait for 5 minutes to get to the right option just to find that the the service is not available on my number.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN ??
I purchased a prepaid recharge voucher and I want to redeem it. I scratched the code and tried the shortcut method 1213 which did not work.
Then I dialed 123 and after listening to all the bullshit, I finally reach to enter recharge code. Now when I enter the recharge voucher, I hear that this service is not available on my number.
If I can not recharge then how can I use my number ?
Companies like Airtel, Reliance are only surviving in this country because of political contacts, otherwise they don't stand a chance.
