I have been using Airtel Mobile Network for over 6 months now. But it is really disappointing that Airtel is failing to provide a good performance at a cheap price. Some of the problems I face are:
The network signals are very weak in my area. The phone calls never connect on the first try. I have to call the person 5-6 times to talk to him/her. The messaging service is also poor. It takes a lot of time to deliver a message to another city.
The calling and the messaging charges are too high than other mobile networks.
The internet speed on the 4G network is not available all the time. It keeps coming and going.
Customer care service is also pretty bad as they do not pick up my call if I have any query. I have to send an email to their official id whenever I have a problem.
The top-ups and the powers are priced too high for a normal earning person.
Airtel should provide cheaper power-ups and roaming charges so that we can connect to people easily and seamlessly.
I expect from the Airtel companies that they work on these areas and come up with exciting offers so that people continue using their network.
