Airtel the telecom company which once used to have the largest market shares in the Indian market has now lost its crown to the Reliance JIO services.
The Network provided by them is not enough in terms of reach as well as internet services. the rate of call drops has increased even at nights.
the Customer services are still good and they don't take too much time to resolve our issues. The only problem is that they don't provide customer services at night.
The Charges are the main reason why Airtel is lagging in the market as they charge much higher for similar plan plans than what the others have to offer. However, they brought the 399rs plan for 70 days with unlimited calls and internet which is another thumbs up for the company.
we have been using Airtel from a long time and it is sad how they are still being stubborn and not taking the competition head-on with other companies. I am not satisfied with the Airtel network as of the current time.
