They may come up with exciting offers and friendly feeling about their product but the truth is that the service that they provide is not only poor but also I had many experience of unfair balance deduction and poor network.
Sometimes they'll say that you have activated a service which you'll rarely have any idea about it and when you inquire immediately when your balance gets deducted they'll say that it takes 2-3 days time for the database to get updated.
If by chance you talk to a fresher in customer support in Airtel then he can make you soo irritated by saying that why didnt you lodge the complaint immediately after your balance got deducted.
