The girl with the short hair.
Yeah! She’s famous, everyone, on one point of their media experience ( internet or on television), has been disturbed by this girl’s annoyingly confident voice ( or I have at least). -“Airtel 4G, the fastest network, the smartphone network, WE HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE.”
Such confidence, such emergency; she creates while she speaks and with such terrorizing attitude; which will make you feel like your T.V remote is a detonator of an atom bomb.
“DO NOT CHANGE THE CHANNEL WHILE I SPEAK.”
I can read that on her face.
Such acting skills, worth appreciating.
Hiring a beautiful, talented, brand ambassador from the hills is a good strategy for a business to flourish.
But let's not get personal here.
The Airtel’s prepaid services, what they promise us and what we get in reality is annoying more than their ads. Especially, services that they offer in the hills of Darjeeling and Kalimpong districts of West Bengal is worst than any operator has ever given and any customer could ever receive, even FM radio station signals give better clarity and quality in them, though they are for free.
It’s so worst, in Kalimpong, that to make a phone call you will have to walk 5 KM to the main marketplace from the place where I stay and to use the internet there, from Airtel 4G is like using water instead of petrol or diesel in your vehicles. It never works.
One day, out of frustration, I called them and me, personally, did talk to their customer care employees and surprisingly, they were so nice, but later I got to know that they do that just to get good ratings.
And then, at last, they will just read out through their scripts, ”Sorry for the inconvenience sir, we will look to the matter as soon as possible.” But it has been more than six months that they have been just looking into my matter. Literally.
There’s still no signal.
But their advertisements still in the big wide hoardings; India’s first smartphone network.
Never use their services if you respect yourself.
