Airtel customer service getting worst

Hi guys,


Airtel being number one had started showing its true color, customer service office in kodambakam headed by Mr. Afrar, and others don't even care about there customers, a company in guindy is planning to cancel all its connection and change to some other provider since they have missed quite a lot of business call which made them lose money and the goodwill.


They almost fight with customer service with one week to update their connection and other stuff.


Things that went wrong with them is that there is a definite fault of the officer or barathi telecom since when we called their 121 customer service they did not know, that the guy at the kodambakam office has given them some offers, nor did they had any information and neither could check out with them.


When they make more money they don't care for their customer, or they cease to.


When I heard this, it really hurt me since I alway had a respect for them.


How worst can they be? Wait and watch.
