If it was something I knew I could have known well in advance I would have never booked an Airtel. Firstly I never asked them to give me a caller tune or a ringtone they are hell bent on giving me a caller tune and ring tone and that too a very cheap tune not comensurate with my status in society.
Secondly they keep on sending me useless SMS of astrology to vulgarity. that is after apoligizing to me and including my name in DnD.
They keep on calling to sell me one offer or another. after DnD the problem reduces by 10% only. They keep on deducting money frommy account no matter what. That is after apoligizing to me 3 times.
They promised to refund all the money they cheated me out of. Yet they cheated more money out of me. I have not been cheated this way even by pickpockets, gangsters, dacoits and theives.
They have now reused my number portability application and Vodafone guys have said that they are helpless.
I absolutely and categorchandru021y refuse to recommend this product rather if you wish to port out of this number to any other service provider you should be lucky. Stay away from Airtel for your own good.
Are there lawyers who deal with such matters if there are any please contact me on sanjayjamdade@rediffmail, com I am willing to go to any extents to recover money looted out of me by Airtel.
