I switched to airtel as my friends suggested and also I fed up with BSNL with service so I optd for Airtel
Network is very good covers all the major and minor areas .
But I have say that the prices are very very high and you have spent quiet a bit of your money in paying bills or recharging.
I like there customer service it not perfect but better BSNL
I dont llike there price, about customer service.
And with airtel you 4G in almost major cities.
