I am using airtel since seven years and I remember that airtel was one of the best networks and it used to provide a lots of amazing offers and their primary priority was customer satisfaction and money after that but now money is only their priority and now customer doesn't mean anything to them . Recently high court has given them warning about their cunning plans and policies . And court has told them to improve. After arrival of 4g network their signal strength has become poor at many places like in model town , karnal you can't play youtube it is that much weak .
If you are planning to buy a new sim please check first that you are choosing which ever operator their signal strength must be good and their price must be affordable
