I have been owning an airtel number for the past 12 years. over the years the service quality has fallen so low that I have decided to shift from airtel today.This company claims big things as the largest and best, but do not be cheated. they have a customer care division which does not work.
Today I tried to reach their customer care number 121 five times . Although the line get cuts mid way they do not bother to call back.( we have no facility to call back). After the call get cut you receive an SMS stating " Hope the concern related to your mobile has been resolved to your satisfaction". How can it be an auto generated response when there is no resolution of the complaint.
