Hi I would like to share my personal experience with airtel. I used airtel postpaid plan with limited data pack facility. Also my max bill lock was fixed as one thousand rupees. I got surprised when I saw the bill of oxtober which says as two thousand seven hundred due. I approached the customer care after a long try it got connected ti xustomer care, but it was not fruitful. The represantative who spoke to me is not aware of the plan details. He gave some false information about the axcount charges. When I explained the max bill details, he disnnected the call without resolving the issue. I went to the nearest airtel office. They said kindly call the cusstomer care for any billing issues. Atlast I paid the whole billed amount to airtel. Since the contact number was widely shared for my business purpose I cant throw the sim. Finally I switxhed to prepaid to avoid such hidden cost. There are ao many hidden costs in airtel.
