I recharged for 175/month south max pack as it was mentioned in their website and I got service only for 16 days/.Pathetic and sick service. waste of money.
Airtel dth is Useless, they are looting customers. Without any explanation, they simply stop giving service.
customer care is waste, keep giving excuses, they are charging for late recharge. If I dont have money to recharge, what can I do. Why they should reduce number of days because I recharged late. They should give 30 days from the date of recharge, there is no such rule as I should recharge on the date of expiry. I will recharge when I have money. Useless people.
