I feel this review is:
It is difficult to Order Movies on Airtel D2H
They do not accept a Order after 8:15 pm
The SMS short code number is a special number and gets charged on other Operator mobiles(even though I have a monthly pack of 6000 SMS)
Sometimes, the Order is processed and subscriber is charged, but due to technical issues the movie is not available
IVR keeps playing long useless messages at the start and it takes a minute to reach CSR
IVR number frequently gets disconnected while waiting for CSR(this issue is applicable for Airtel Mobile services also)
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
