Airtel DigitalTV, for last one year or so, has gone out of marketing and service ideas and resorting to earn more by squeezing their existing customers!
I have two connections of Airtel DigitalTV, since last 5-odd years, and had no complaints, rather was quite happy with them.
But for last 1-odd year, something went wrong at their side., it seems! Most probably head of service left the job or something.!
They seem to have lost the business and service focus for last one year.! The problems, I'm facing for last one year, if not more:
Every quarter or so, they are increasing the subscription fees!
In spite of the Cell# registered in DND-Registry, their stupid guys are calling on the Cell# for HD-Channels marketing.!
Email-complaints to their Customer-Care email-id, to no avail.! Forget about the solution., couldn't even receive their reply to my complaint, apart from the Automated-Acknowledgement!
Calling the customer-care and registering the complaint, to no avail either.!
First thing you need to wait infinitely to let them attend you!
Second the dumb guys/gals there, seldom have the ability to understand what's your problem!
Third if it's transferred to their seniors., rather than of any help they are outright rude and stupid!
At the end I had to resort to file an official complaint with my Cell-Operator for the DND violation.!At least now, I guess, the unsolicited marketing calls from them will stop!
