First things first, they have a very poor response to complaints and a very slow service of faults, but that is not the only issue.
Long time after I disconnected Airtel DTH they kept calling me for plan update and I kept telling me please remove me from your client list. Still nothing changed.
Yesterday the lady from Airtel calls me asks me to return the equipment. I have no idea what kind of software they use for tracking they don't know I am not a customer and now they don't know I returned the equipment.
When I told her please update your client information I don't have your equipment they are returned, for some reason she shouted then why didn't you get the information updated by calling customer care, I yelled back is that my responsibility, you learn how to talk to customers first.
When I called back Airtel to complain of the employee, they told me she will call back and apologize, which of course never happened.
I should be complaining to consumer court about their continuous harassment. May be if they don't stop I will surely.
