Earlier, I am completely satisfied with Airtel Digital TV. I liked their services and the picture quality and sound quality were so fine. But their services are comparably decreased day by day which was quite shocking to me.
After 3 months, what I observed is the picture quality is completely blurred and was low when compared to previous days. Later on, the screen went blank. I used to call the customer service people and reported the problem. Always they used to say due to weather problem, there is a problem in connection.
But even in good weather conditions, I am facing bad picture quality and blank screen sometimes. I am unhappy with their service.
