It’s disheartening to see the company’s 3RD party vendors are harassing the Old customers. I upgraded from SD to HD, last day. When the engineer opened the new box, the HDMI cable was missing, it struck me, the engineer installed the device & ensured me that the cable would be delivered to me by the next day. The day had gone by but no one turned up. Today the engineer called & shouted as I have complained against him. Hoping that it will get resolved in a day. Its awkward when you shout on your customers knowing its your fault. The company must take action so that these do not occur further.
