That's exactly what I am doing. I am terminating my service and will go for another provider. I took Airtel because I was in a hurry after returning from the US and have been using it for over an year now. Time constraints have prevented me from taking this action otherwise I would have cancelled a lot earlier.
The connection is pathetic too with frequent interupptios/disconnections. The problem is their customer service sucks. These guys just don't understand.And their customer service sucks. These guys just don't understand.
