Its taken a year and a half and at least two products of Airtel to push me to write this review. It is my serious finding that the speed at which they stick their products up your life, the slowest or painful to get rid of their product. Oft it leaves us with such a pain having been associated with the product of this company.
I have been fighting over a year and half regarding the Broadband connection I have been using.
I had request for a bill plan change. However, for over three months I still used to get inflated bill - though my usage was absolutely NILL.
Trust me when I say this - their service is so cheap and leaves you to hate yourself, their service reps do not blink an eye TO DISCONNECT YOUR CALL .ANY DEPT.DISH TV, BROADBAND, MOBILE .ITS ALL OUTSOURCED TO CHEAPSTERS who do not value your call at all.
Now, even after paying up the inflated bill and sending repeated requests to disconnect the connection and claim their third grade modem and wires they just don't budge.just no response from any of their team.
GO RINGING ALL THE BELLS FROM FIRST LEVEL AGENT TO NODAL OFFICE TO APPELLETE AUTHORITY.THEY ARE BUNCH OF THEM WHO JUST USE CUT COPY PASTE OPTIONS FROM READY MADE TEMPLATES.
I have been following up with them for over an year. The bills just keep adding up, mails just keep piling up, their collections teams just keep calling you no matter how many times you explain the whole story and beg them to escalate.
STAY AWAY FROM AIRTEL.
