FolksI dont want to offend any one here ..If some one get Broad band for time in their life then they will find Airtel Broad Band good deal .. definetly theie service is good .. the helpline girls are evn better at helping u ... but but but ...I have Tried Datanobe by BSNL Broad band I have tried Reliance Broad Band ...And then I was fooled to get a Airtel Broad band ...
Guys the Airtel Broad not even comes close to what BSNL is offering in Terms of connection speed .... I know the service sucks in sense of customer support and all that .. but once you get the old warhorse up and running .. Airtel Broadband feels like a measly Dial Up thing .. they are actually fooling customers ......I mean the difference is eons .....I also have a reliance rs 400 ulimited plan .... its great .
The average Download Speed is 58 Kilo "Bytes" per second and that to was unlimited and I was so so happy for the last six month as my bill came only 450 rs per month including the service tax ... on unlimited usage .. the only bad part is that this month they have sudenly sent me a bill of Rs 5000 I fail to understand why ????Well Airtel is good in terms of support and all that .... but the speed sucks .... even BSNL Netone dial up service is better then that ...
All and all I am surrendering my Atel broadband after three month of usage .. as I feel I have been really fooled by them ....I have already applied again for BSNL UL 900 plan .. which is approx 75 Kbps download average speed and unlimited format .....hope this helps as I have seen almost all of them .. and definety BSNL is the best .......
