No network through most of Tamil Nadu and all of Karnataka. Over billing with no transparency of charges.
Unwarranted, illegal and unethical suspension of services for no valid reason. Buggy, non-working automated phone support. Rude in-person customer service.Bad, slow and often non-working web payment portal. Clueless - and often idiotic - email support services that are never resolved.
Horrible "3G" internet connectivity that's never more than 56 Kbps.
