Hello friends, my name is Sandeep Kumar Maurya.I belong to a small village of Allahabad, up.I had come to motivate to use it just because of it's low cost.So I had buoght aircel sim on 11feb 2017 but I disappointed a lot due to bad service and so yesterday evening I broke it and threw it into pond that is infront of my home.I had regular signal problem.


I want to write.What a bad mobile operator!


I think that now aircel is one of the India's lagging service providers.It's service of mobile prepaid and postpaid, 2G, 3G etc. everything is worse than any other mobile operator.


Why am I saying this? Behind this, there are more reasons which are listed below.


( 1) When I call to anyone it take more time to connect it.And while communication phone cut by itself.


( 2) I felt everyday that strength of aircel signal is so weak that I had never seen in other operator.


( 3) In cities also aircel does not work properly.It is my experiance.


( 4) Not only it's calling service is worse but also it's internet service is worse.It's internet speed is too poor.I felt always that 3G speed of aircel is equal to 2G speed of good operators like airtel, vodafone.


( 5) Since I work network marketing, I often travell.When I am in bus or in train, no any single signal in my phone seems.So many of my friends was angry on me and they adviced me to change network.Finally I decided to leave this lagging mobile operator.


( 6) One more big reason to break it is that on 3april 2017 my 30rs was detucted sudden when I asked to customer care, he told me that I had actived hello tune service while it was not done so.


( 7) One more imporatant things releated to this bad mobile operator is it that it's customer care helplind no. 198 does not work in a good way.


If I have to talk with aircel customer care representative, I shuold try 5 to 6 time.


If by mistake phone call transferred to customer care, maximum time they were busy.And after waiting 5 to 6 min representative communicated me but thier answer never satisfied me.


( 8) Sms service is also not upto markable.It takes 2 to 3 minute in delivering process.That is not good for user.


So friends I will never recommend to anyone to join with aircel mobile operator.But yes I have two suggestion for aircel mobile operator.First one is if you want to live in market, arrange around 2 lac tower in rural india.And second one is this provide good training to your customer care representative.Otherwise people, who is still using your network, totally will reject you.
